Introduction

The Course is a very attractive Neil Haworth design, resort style, gently undulating and in very good condition. At 7310 yards in length and with a breeze coming off the sea which is only 300 yards away, it can present a stiff challenge.  It is located in one of the most scenic parts of Sanyanear the Banyan Tree and Intercontinental resort complexes. There is a magnificent clubhouse and excellent practice facilities.

The Official Hotel is MingshenJinjiang Golf Resort, a 5 star hotel situated at one end of the golf course less than 5 minutes by shuttle from the clubhouse and within walking distance of the practice range. It has the usual resort amenities of outdoor pool, outdoor dining and entertainment and is also about 300 yards from the sea. There is a very special price for International Qualifying players of Rmb550 (Approx. US$87) per room with breakfast included (2 breakfasts if 2 are sharing a room).

Sanya International Airportis 30 minutes away and the club has a shuttle bus that runs several times a day. If the bus is not at a convenient time the taxis are plentiful and the trip should cost about Rmb70 to 80.

The course is only about 15 minutes from downtown Sanya.
