(a) The Defending Champion.
(b) The most recent Volvo China Junior Championship Champion.
(c) The leading 60 available Players (ranked within the top 200) from theOfficial World Golf
Rankings as of Monday 26th March 2012.
(d) The top 20 entries from the 2012 OneAsia Exemption Category list.
(e) The top 20 entries from the 2012 European Tour Exemption Category list
(f) 20 Players nominated by the CGA.
(g) 12 players from the Qualifying rounds.
(h) 4 tournament invitations.
(i) The balance of the field will be completed in accordance with the2012 European Tour
Exemption Category list, excluding Categories 4and 5.
Asian/ Australasian Players who are members of and exempt through bothTours will be entered through (d) above and Players from outside Asia/Australia who are members of and exempt through both Tours will beentered through (e) and (i) above.
Format
72 holes stroke play with a cut after 2 rounds to the leading 65professionals and ties.
